Murabaha hous financing

Financing is intended for individuals with the aim of purchasing real estate (residential building, apartments in an apartment building)

Requirements

• individuals, individual entrepreneurs (residents of the Republic of Tajikistan)
• age from 20 to 63 years
• the minimum financing amount $ 1,000 USD equivalent in TJS
• the maximum financing amount $ 100,000 USD equivalent in TJS
• in TJS 60 months (5-years)
• in USD 132 months (11 years)
• margin / markup in TJS: 
• annuity 23% 
• fixed 12.8%
• margin / markup in USD: 
• annuity 12% 
• fixed 6.6%

Financing ratio

• if the cost of real estate financing is $ 1,000 - $ 10,000 inclusive, an initial payment of at least 20% (of customer's own funds) of the amount is required, the property being purchased is the security 
• if the cost of real estate financing is $ 10,001 - $ 25,000 inclusive, an initial payment of at least 25% (of customer's own funds) of the amount is required, the property being purchased is the security 
• if the cost of real estate financing is $ 25,001 - $ 50,000 inclusive, an initial payment of at least 27% (of customer's own funds) of the amount is required, the property being purchased is the security 
• if the cost of real estate financing is $ 50,001 - $ 100,000 inclusive, an initial payment of at least 30% (of customer's own funds) of the amount is required, the property being purchased is the security

Required Documents

• passport and TIN (if not indicated in the passport)
• document confirming the client's source of income: salary certificate or business activity certificate with receipts of paid taxes for the last 6 months
