From 2007 to 2012 he served as Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Republic of Tajikistan to the United States of America. From 2012 to 2015 he served as the Chairman of the National Bank of Tajikistan. Also has experience in government agencies, in 2004-2005 Headed the State Insurance Supervision of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan.
