Invitation to participate in the open tender for carrying out the annual mandatory audit of OJSC “Tawhidbank” OJSC "Tawhidbank" invites all interested audit companies to participate in an open tender for the annual mandatory audit as of 31.12.2021 (conducting an audit of the financial (accounting) statements of the Bank and drawing up an audit opinion on the reliability of these statements, in accordance with the Law of the Republic Tajikistan “On Islamic Banking”. To participate in the tender, interested audit companies must submit the following documents to OJSC “Tawhidbank”: ∙ The company's application for participation in the competition, certified by the signature of the head and the seal; ∙ Notarized copies of constituent documents of the auditing company, taking into account the latest changes and additions; ∙ License to carry out traditional auditing activities; ∙ Having the appropriate license, qualifications and sufficient experience in auditing in Islamic credit institutions, which can conduct an audit of Islamic credit institutions in the Republic of Tajikistan; ∙ The latest annual balance sheet, as well as the balance sheet for the last reporting period, certified by the tax office; Draft contract indicating the cost of remuneration, plan and timing of the audit. The price of the audit must be final and specified in TJS and include taxes provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan. If the participant provides an incomplete set of required documents, the Bank reserves the right to reject the participant's application.
